How to Measure Your Ring Size
Option 1 – Measure an Existing Ring
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits comfortably and compare it to the table below.

Option 2 – Measure Your Finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger and mark where the ends meet.
Measure the length in millimeters and compare it to standard EU ring sizes.
Tips for Accurate Measurement
- Measure your finger at room temperature.
- Avoid measuring immediately after exercise.
- Fingers can naturally expand slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
